The Challenge
With four dental clinics in São Paulo and an established physical operation, COI needed to expand its digital presence, attract more qualified patients, and structure the measurement of its sales journey.
In addition to a high cost per lead, the service team wasted time on poorly matched opportunities and lacked a clear view of the origin and performance of each contact.
Our Objectives
Build an integrated digital strategy to connect marketing, reception, and sales, increasing lead quality and making the entire operation more predictable, traceable, and measurable.

FROM RESTRUCTURING TO SCALE
DIGITAL PERFORMANCE
FROM A REORGANIZED ACCOUNT
TO A QUALIFIED LEAD
A new structure to turn investment into real opportunities.
We overhauled COI's ad accounts, reorganizing campaigns, keywords, audiences, and targeting. The new structure reduced waste, improved contact quality, and directed investment toward opportunities with higher conversion potential.
DATA INTELLIGENCE
EVERY OPPORTUNITY ON THE
SALES TEAM'S RADAR
Greater visibility to track the entire journey, from ad to patient care.
We implemented a real-time tracking system to identify the origin of leads and measure the performance of each campaign. Marketing, reception, and sales began working in an integrated way, with clearer information to prioritize contacts and accelerate conversions.
CONTINUOUS EVOLUTION
MORE INTELLIGENCE. MORE RETURN. MORE GROWTH.
A strategy that continued to evolve alongside COI's operation.
The work progressed through a continuous process of analysis, testing, and optimization. By 2026, with only a 21% increase in investment, COI achieved a 136% growth in revenue. Tracked leads increased by 38%, the average ticket size grew by 192%, and return on investment rose from 935% to 1,922%.
