1. Definitions
For the purposes of this document:
- Application refers to "ABM – Ads and KPIs";
- User is any individual or entity that uses the application's services;
- Meta refers to the suite of services provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (including Facebook and Instagram);
- Terms refers to this Terms and Conditions of Use agreement.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using the application, the User declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, use of the application must be discontinued immediately.
3. Service Description and Meta Marketing API Integration
The ABM – Ads & KPIs app enables the viewing and management of ad data through integration with the Meta Marketing API, offering features such as KPI tracking, campaign creation, and access to form data.
4. Eligibility and Registration
Use of the application is permitted only for individuals over 18 years of age or duly represented legal entities. Registration requires authentication with a valid Meta account.
5. User Rights and Obligations
The User agrees to:
- Provide truthful information;
- Use the application lawfully;
- Not violate Meta or LGPD policies.
ABM may suspend access in the event of misuse.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights to the application, trademark, interface, algorithms, and database are reserved to ABM Serviços de Marketing Digital e Tecnologia LTDA, and any unauthorized use is prohibited.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The application is provided "as is", without warranties of availability, continuity, or suitability for specific purposes. Use is at the User's sole responsibility.
8. Limitation of Liability
ABM shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages, loss of profits, or Meta failures;
- Losses caused by improper API usage;
- Third-party instabilities (Meta, servers, etc.).
9. Changes to the Terms
ABM reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Notifications will be sent via email or within the application interface. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by Brazilian laws. The court of the district of São Paulo – SP is elected as the competent forum, with the waiver of any other, no matter how privileged it may be.
